My passion is fueled by 13 years of transformation. I spent the first decade bulking from a 145lb skinny kid to a 245lb powerhouse to build strength and confidence. However, the last four years shifted to mastery; I disciplined myself to shred 48lbs, hitting 197lbs recently.
The gym is my mental sanctuary—it resets my focus and proves I can conquer any obstacle. I live and breathe this grind because the ambition I build in the gym is the same drive I use to succeed in every part of life.
